1-on-1 is our specialty at Summit Sports & Fitness and our most personalized training option. After a detailed assessment that includes a movement analysis and initial personal consultation, your trainer develops a program to help you achieve your goals. Personal training also includes nutritional guidance and accountability.
Our bootcamp offers a team atmosphere and introduction to training principles in a high energy group class setting. Bootcamp classes are primarily circuit training and are accessible to both beginners and experienced gym members alike through our principles of progression and regression of exercises.
Prefer to train with a friend or two but not sure our larger class setting is for you? Small group training is a semi-private (2-3) option and perfect for those looking to receive more personalized training but still enjoy the social aspect of a class setting. Small group training will cover many of the same principles as personal training.
