Michelle has been active her entire life and most notably in Martial Arts. She holds a second degree black belt and three grand champion titles in the Korean Martial Art of Kuk Sool Won. While she doesn’t train in Martial Arts anymore, she still stays active and enjoys weight training, yoga, and exploring movement flow that incorporates martial arts and calisthenics. Michelle has also competed in body building in the NPC bikini division and placed 2nd and 3rd in her respective divisions. Michelle holds a variety of certifications including: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise specialist, Fit For Birth Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Rock Tape/Rock Blades Certified Functional Movement Techniques Specialist.
